Change is good yep ! Very inspiring 💪 Weight loss BBW
Okay doesn't look like much BUT I've hit my first 150 lbs pounds down !! I can finally see my collar bones again! 😀 Cut sugary drinks, drinking only water & coffee without sugar (can't survive without coffee 😂) , cut all junk foods and workout at home 30-45 minutes every night.


That means big compound movements multiple times a week and an approach to nutrition where you will actually burn fat while feeding your body with much needed nutrients.
Supplements, lots of protein and basically just over all eating right + exercise. Only because I know what my body BBW big beautiful woman is going through.
