Top set is usually 365lbs for 8-12reps on hip thrust with controlled negatives, pause at top of each rep. The larger range of motion allow to tear up Glutes awesome during the eccentric phase. (Follow Bret Contreras we explains it well)

Glute bridges I’ve worked up to 450lbs for a double but it’s been awhile i usually do no less than 5, I’m more explosive focus on hip drive, power with those.
