Synopsis- you hurt your back.
What to do- go to your healthcare provider and they can recommend who and where to go from there.

That’s my exact experience when I herniated a disc.
I would completely avoid a chiropractor. If they try and adjust you with a slipped disc it could get worse instead of better. After I went to my chiropractor within 24 hours I could no longer walk.
Seriously.
Go to the doctor, get an MRI (you can go to a specialty place like Metro Imaging) versus a hospital to save a few bucks. If it isn’t too bad they will recommend some PT. If it’s bad they may recommend surgery. But get the image to know exactly what’s happened
