Weight loss, look fantastic!
This week is going to be jam packed with work, conferences, and extra curriculars which means setting designated gym sessions within my limited free time. Gym time is me time. Whether it’s 30 minutes or an hour and 30 minutes, I never regret my workout.

Prioritizing some feel-good movement to get my day started or completing my day, enhances the benefits of Keto. .
No gym? No problem. Pinterest has a million great at home workouts that I also love doing. This weeks schedule will include: cycling, elliptical, free weights, combat class, and pump class.
