Weight loss, I did it! 100 lbs👇🏼
I never in a million years thought I would have lost 100 lbs in just over 13 months! I have set soooo many goals for myself this entire journey and 100 lbs lost was not something I had initially set and it’s not my last either! As a stay at home mom of 4 kids and 2 being a set of b/g twins that are 20 months it was definitely a hard task! The sky is the limit....


don’t limit yourself!
I do workout daily but I’m here to tell you eating healthy is where the results come! Don’t use the excuse I can’t workout so I can’t lose that much weight.... track your points! Weight your food.... it is a process... but worth it!
