Weight loss, I lost 90 lbs
It’s about a balanced lifestyle with food and exercise.

It was never about a certain diet or particular exercise regimen for me..

I calorie counted to assure I wasn’t eating too much or too little and I was more active.

No gimmicks. No quick fixes. No special diets.

I joined the gym AFTER I lost 90 lbs (How backwards, I know.. I would jog up and down my stairs/the car when my son would fall asleep for his nap in the car.. jog while he played.. do squats.. go for LONG walks.. just BE active).

Healthier, happier. Focus on your health, not a number. ❤️
