Strength Training for Women, Myths and Facts
Many of the conversations that I have with women about strength training revolve around the concern that they will develop too much bulk from lifting weights. I think most women have this fear because they see guys in the gym that are lifting and have developed some serious muscle mass. And, in most gyms, there are also a few women that have develop some larger physiques as well.


However, there are a couple of reasons why this won't happen to the average female and I will discuss them below.
