From Pizza to Zumba: My Unexpected Path to Weight Loss and Helping Others Thrive
Believe it or not, there was a time when walking up a flight of stairs left me winded. Pizza was my best friend, and the gym? Forget about it. For years, I yo-yo dieted, feeling frustrated and defeated. Then, something clicked. I realized it wasn't about deprivation, it was about creating a sustainable lifestyle I could actually enjoy.

That's when I discovered the power of whole foods, portion control, and finding movement I loved. Zumba became my jam, and suddenly, sweating wasn't a chore, it was a dance party!  The weight started coming off, but more importantly, I felt energized, confident, and finally in control.


Seeing my own transformation sparked a passion to help others.  "Thrive, not deprive" became my motto. I started a small online community, sharing healthy recipes, workout tips, and most importantly, a supportive space where people could ditch the shame and focus on progress, not perfection.

Word spread, and my little community blossomed. Today, "Thrive" is a thriving (pun intended!) weight loss program. We offer personalized plans, online coaching, and a supportive community that feels more like a family. Witnessing my clients not just lose weight, but gain confidence and discover a love for healthy living – that's the real reward. It's about helping people  find their own version of thriving,  and that's what makes this journey so incredible.
