In short, a woman should train like a man!!
You must, in the room, do as much as possible to build the fairly small amount of muscle that your body is able to build.

1) You must use heavy loads: Certainly the loads used will never be as heavy as for a man but enough for you and to force your muscles to change!
 
2) Try not to exceed 12 repetitions : You must use a load that will not allow you to perform more than 12 repetitions ! Series between 8 and 12 repetitions are ideal but nothing prevents you from time to time doing a few series of 6 repetitions or even 15-20 repetitions. 


3) It is necessary to work the whole body: if you want a beautiful silhouette, it is necessary not only to work the thighs and buttocks but also the back, the shoulders, the arms... 
 
4) It is necessary to privilege the basic exercises: the basic exercises are poly-articular exercises. If you use several joints for an exercise, then it is a basic exercise.
