Fat Loss Motivation
Yesterday was my birthday. I blew off my diet and went over by almost 1000 calories. I’ve been tracking my calories since February 2017 meticulously. I’ve gone over 4 times but still managed to lose 63 lbs to reach my goal. At present I am in maintenance.


Today I will be back on track. Sometimes it happens to most of us. The point I’m making is, don’t let it get you down if you have a day off here and there. Just don’t get derailed and forget your ultimate goal.
