how many hours should a person train, if they want to lose weight ?
1 hour tops 30 minutes weight lifting 30 minutes cardio depending on level circuit training can be an option. But Your nutrition should be your priority before you even hit the gym it all depends on you, everyone's different, everyone has diff intensity rates. But i recommend 30 minutes to an hour is fine for everyone.


This varies person to person, goal, current schedule/situation, etc
But workouts if done in a certain intensity can be done from 10mins to about 30 mins to aid in fat and weightloss.
Yet you want to always start with how your diet is first to achieve this
