I am always amazed at how much people are sabotaging their incredible efforts in the gym by eating too much and bad foods like fast food and eating too few nutrient-rich foods.


If you commit to a healthy diet - mainly eating colorful vegetables, lean proteins, good fats, and cereals like quinoa - and limiting your consumption of processed foods, such as fast food food, sugar and trans fats, you'll quickly see the great results it will produce on your body.
