Work on building your strength. Once you can bench press 1.5x your weight and squat 2x your weight you can start focusing on shaping your body. Don’t be fooled by the body builders wife tails either. Just do the work and eat the food. Supplements are BS. Unless they’re are steroids or growth hormones they’re just a waste of money.

So true you should be gaining without the drugs because your mastering your body.. if you don't know your Macros and you can't gain on Food alone then the drugs ain't going to get a strong muscle
