Building Massive Muscles, The Three Golden Rules :

There is no doubt about it, unless you are one of the few genetically gifted Titans, bulging with rippling muscles with little to no effort to obtain it, then you're going to work very hard like the rest of us in order to pack on that elusive muscle mass.

Of course you can always take a bit of a short cut and go down the unnatural road of steroid abuse that is of course if you are happy to live with the unfortunate side effects including shrinking genitalia. This isn't to say that by using steroids you wont have to put effort in, far from it you will still need to train hard, it's just the muscle will go on much faster.


But if you don't want shrinking walnuts between your legs as well as forking out hundreds upon hundreds of dollars in order to get juiced up then the natural road is by far the better option, and I believe that the ability to train hard and gain serious mass with out the aide of synthetic substances says a lot about how much of a man you really are.

Although getting huge is not quick or easy, there is no reason why it has to be complicated and when you break it down to it's key components we come to the 'Three Golden Rules To Massive Muscle Gains' and as long as you stick to these three relatively simple rules the muscle gains will soon follow.
