Yes, but on Back/Biceps days. I always do a VERY LIGHT load of workouts for the previous day’s muscle groups after I finish that day’s workouts. Helps with recovery, blood flow, flexibility, protein synthesis, pain management (especially preventing DOMS), etc.


It’s imperative that you do NOT push yourself during these workouts, though. Think of them more as stretches than lifts. Aim for high reps, low weight. All you’re going for is increased blood flow here, not progressive overload or anything like that.
