Tatiana Kashirina, the strongest young woman in Russia
Born on January 24, 1991, this Russian weightlifter, almost 28 years old, already has an impressive track record.

At the London Olympics in 2012, in the over 75 kg category, she lifted 332 kg and received the silver medal for this performance.

Since 2009, she has accumulated gold medals in the European weightlifting championships, in two weightlifting disciplines: snatch and shoulder-throw.

Gold medalists in Bucharest (2009), Minsk (2010), Kazan (2011), Antalya (2012), Tel Aviv (2014), Tbilisi (2015): not a strong woman dethrones her in the European championships.

But between 2009 and 2015, it also accumulated first place, and lifted up to 348 kg, never less than 300 kg in Goyang (South Korea), Antalya, Paris, Wroclaw, Almaty and Houston.

In total, she recorded 18 gold medals in the European championship and 12 gold medals in the world championship: just that!
