Weight loss, Discovered something that has changed my morning coffee!!!
Backstory: I started WW last January and was drinking SF coffee syrup, premier protein, and a bunch of other low point artificially sweetened foods and drinks. Long story short, I got really, really sick.

Fast forward a bit - I am no longer able to do anything with artificial sweeteners (except monkfruit) so I’ve been on the hunt for low point coffees with a lot of flavor! This has been very difficult. Mocha coffee is one of my favorites and I’ve recently been paying 6-8pts to make them ☹️


Here is my latest creation. I have the Keurig below which brews “espresso” (just really concentrated coffee) and has a milk frother. I do 2-4oz of “espresso” coffee, 1/2-1C of frothed unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1pt), 2Tbsp Ovaltine (1pt), top with fat free reddi whip (4 tbsp = 0pt). Whole thing is 2pt!!!!! FOR MOCHA COFFEE!!!!! If you haven’t worked with ovaltine yet, I highly recommend it. Hot chocolate is so yummy 😋

I make WW fit the food I LIKE. I think that’s one of the keys to the program. If you’re eating plain chicken breast and blah broccoli every day, you’re going to fail. Do any of you have an Instagram? I’m considering making one to post these kinds of creations 👍
