This is a food addiction is real post. Yes, eating a ketogenic diet helps you to get rid of sugar addiction behaviors which is different than food addiction but it does not get rid of the food addiction. Food addiction takes continuous work.. a daily and moment by moment choice...


I may be 103lbs down... But I feel that at ANY moment, I could turn back and go back to my old way of life.
I am not doing well... I'm just not...
I love keto. Keto has healed me. But
I'm not doing okay.
