Diet, We all start somewhere, so what are you waiting for?
I don't even know what the scale says anymore but TBH... I don't care.

I feel good and healthy whereas before I felt good about myself but not so healthy or with as much energy as I do now.

Do what makes you feel good... not temporarily good, but ALWAYS good. The rest will fall into place.


It's about feeling good inside! I changed my lifestyle from a junk food filled life and making poor choices at restaurants to now choosing food that makes me feel good and gives me energy. I still eat from restaurants often but choose healthier options that fit the lifestyle that makes me feel my best, Keto.

It costs ZERO dollars to make the right choice and believe it or not, it won't add to your grocery cost unless you complicate it.

Keeping it simple has always been the way to go for me. Meats, veggies (mostly green), eggs, cheeses, nuts (including nut flour and milk) butter and obvi the dark chocolate lol.
