Encourage anyone out there who thinks all hope is lost when it comes to losing weight
I just want to encourage anyone out there who thinks all hope is lost when it comes to losing weight - it’s not. You can.

When I was 252 pounds, I had no idea how I was gonna lose weight. I did the only thing I knew how to do - and that was walk. And believe it or not, I lost 100 pounds by walking, jogging, and eating smaller portions.

Obviously over the course of time, I became interested in building muscle/firming up loose skin. But I thought that was impossible because I was (and still am) weaker than everyone else I see lifting weights and squatting big numbers.


But I dedicated myself to doing what I can - and that was lift 5 pound weights. Sure, it sounds embarrassing maybe, to admit I can only lift 5 pound weights for my bicep curls and tricep extensions, but guess what? I’m still getting the job done!

My point: it doesn’t matter if you’re a marathon runner, a power walker, a body builder, or a regular Joe that lifts 5 pound weights - you can lose weight, you can build muscle, you can burn body fat, and you can tighten loose skin!

Go at your own pace, guys. Be patient with yourself, friends. Weight loss, muscle gain, this all takes time. But YOU are worth that time it takes. Stay the course.🖤
