Personal trainer education at Active Education. Worked as a personal trainer, supervisor instructor since 2014. Has had group lessons in; synergy 360, Crosstraining, TRX (sling training), tabata etc. Employed at Bare Trening in Kristiansand (Rona and VÃ¥gsbygd) I have worked as a sports assistant in the Armed Forces, in addition to being a handball coach.
