We hear this question nine times out of ten
when women want to do weight training to maintain themselves, lose weight, lose stomach, thighs and buttocks firmly: "Won't I gain too much
muscle? " or "But I don't want to gain muscle" or even "I don't want to
lose my femininity.
"It is very likely that you (or someone you know)
have made this kind of remark. Many women imagine that their muscles
will double or triple in size simply because they lift a dumbbell!
