It’s really that bad? LOL . Stick with the basics. Proper Sleep, Proper cardiovascular warm-up, pre-workout stretch, post workout stretch, post workout cardiovascular, icy cold post workout shower or bath, proper nutrition, proper supplementation, adequate protein, 


EAA supplement, active recovery on off days. Never ever OTC pain medication like Ibuprofen or Tylenol. That’s the worst thing you can ever do if you want muscle gains
