I often remind my clients that all the weight that their body is worn at the feet, which means that they must constantly think about the position of the latter. Most people think too much about the movements of the current exercise and forget the importance of placing the feet.

It must be understood that our feet are the foundation of all parts of the body, that they help to create an overall balance and that the alignment of the spine makes each exercise much more effective.
