I train my legs yesterday and i still have pain Is this normal ?

Yep...leg workout and result come wiz full pain..keep doin it will adapted through time.
yes, specialy when you just start lifting can take over 5 days before the soreness is out of your muscles.
what I do is I take a bunch of bananas a little bit of peanut butter some protein powder and almond milk and a throw all that in my blender and introduce the bananas potassium into my legs for the removal of the lactic acid that is causing the pain
