Weight loss, Set yourself small achievable goals :

Weight loss, Set yourself small achievable goals
On the left I had no interested on training.. until someone in my family, that I loved very much, said I was Fat.
This became my biggest motivation..I started training the month after this picture was taken.
I remember being so scared to step in the gym that I asked my husband to get a membership with me.
If you’re new into weightlifting, just remember that even the fittest people had a day 1.
Set yourself small achievable goals. Don’t aim for the top of the mountain too quickly because you’ll get discouraged along the way.

Just look at your journey like steps of stairs.
Every day is a new step.
And every step gets you closer to your goal.
You’ll be so freaking proud of yourself when you look back and see how far you’ve come.
236 pounds - December 2013
