95 pounds gone.
It’s been 15 months, and I’m so close to where I want to be!
So ready to crush 2020 goals! 2019 taught me a lot about myself.
If I can do it, anyone can. Because this girl loves food so much! 😂
I’ve had a few weeks here and there, where I’ve just maintained through my journey. ( especially holidays and vacations ) We all deserve breaks, just teach your mind to keep going and don’t let it set you back. It’s a lifestyle change, and a new journey you have to teach yourself. It isn’t a race. Go at your own pace.
Here is to 2020! 🥳🥳🥳
Final goal of my weight loss journey ends at 135 pounds and I’m aiming for Valentine’s Day! 2020 is going to be the year I maintain this weight and sit back and look at how far I’ve come!

•yes I have loose skin ( no it doesn’t bother

•I strictly count calories ( TDEE calculator)
• I strictly have done cardio, I run at least 18-20 miles a week•
