Hi! If you've kept up with my journey, I lost the weight eating junk/garbage/super unhealthy. I've kept it off for almost 9 months by eating this way. I'm proud to say that yesterday I started eating 50/50. This is huge for me, okay lol. I'm a firm believer in a calorie deficit alone to lose weight. I'm making this change because I'm in my late twenties and I'm trying to have my first baby,
start trying to conceive this spring, maybe summer. Goal is to eat better than 50/50 before then, I have to. Also starting nicotine patches next weekend, already have them😬 My gyno had me go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins last week. Fingers crossed guys.
