2020! I’m turning 58 this year and I have lived the lifestyle of prepping meals for 20 years. What goals to you have. Drop them below and share them as when we say them out loud and tells others they can become reality!

Meal prep to me is so important to keep me on task. I prep every Sundays for the entire week. That way my meals are all prepared, weighed, and ready to do.
