Mindfulness For Weight loss
One thing I've done since losing weight has been "mindfulness". I would watch youtube videos or read self help books of people believing if you have a clear vision, believe in your vision, set goals, prioritize, develop strategies, practice gratitude, cope in healthy ways, reflect and become self aware, and reward yourself then you will manifest amazing things in life. ← this is what I believe and practice even now.


I become more aware of my goals i want in life and how I want my life to be. Even when i eat i practice mindfulness.
Remember losing weight is hard but not giving up is harder ❤
