Weight loss, Never give up on feeling like your best self, you’re worth it!
These results did not come from a 28 day plan.
These results did not come from a diet pill.
These results did not come from a diet bet.

These results came from the decision to show up for myself.
To fuel my body with real/healthy foods.
To move, even when when I didn’t feel like it.


I yo-yo dieted my whole life. What changed this time? I finally realized that consistency is key, that off plan days or meals do not ruin your progress as long as you go back to taking care of your body the way that you know you should. I enjoy life, I love food, I go on vacation and eat the way I want. Ultimately, I don’t let food control my life anymore. I finally learned how to live in that middle ground, not that extreme one way or the other mentality. I learned moderation through Keto, that may not be the key for everyone, it’s all about trial and error and finding a way of eating that makes you feel like your best self.
