I agree with Keith Branch on reverse grip, and that would be for the upper chest. I’d combine reverse grip barbell or dumbbell bench presses with a slight incline (15-30 degrees).
The chest is, definitely, divided into two “heads”: the clavicular head and the sternal head (the clavicular head is the upper chest).


That being said, the inner chest is not a separate part of the chest. There may be exercises, like close-grip presses and cable flyes, that focus on the fibers in the inner chest area, though. I’d pre-exhaust the pecs with incline flyes, and then superset those with incline close-grip presses (with a reverse grip).
I would always do your upper and/or inner pec exercise first.
