Bakhar Nabieva is a female professional bodybuilder and physique competitor. She is the fifth-ranked female pro bodybuilder in the world, and the seventh-ranked female overall. She first broke into the top five females in the world in 2012, when she placed second in the female pro bodybuilding competition at the Arnold Classic. Since then, she has continued to place highly in both professional and amateur competitions, including winning the 2015 Ms. Olympia title and placing second at the 2016 Arnold Classic.

One of the world’s most influential bodybuilding champions, Bakhar Nabieva, is more than just a champion. She’s a role model and a mentor. Her hard work and determination have helped her become the best in the world, and she’s dedicated her life to inspiring others to follow their dreams. When she isn’t training for shows or working as a personal trainer, Baky is helping others reach their goals through her Instagram page and YouTube channel.

I’m not a bodybuilder. I don’t even lift weights. But I found myself obsessed with the sport a few years ago. I’d watch videos of the most muscular men on YouTube and feel my body clench with envy.
