Just curious as to how much rest each of you take between sets? Between exercises?

If it's hypertrophy, building muscle then i do 4 sets with 30 seconds max rest inbetween each set. This helps cardio and builds stamina.
I also do drop sets where after lifting to failure, put that weight down and pick up a lighter weight immediately and lift to failure again. You will see impressive gains.
