hiit workouts. What is HIIT? :

Commonly called HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), the principle of this cardio-training is to perform high intensity efforts (anaerobic) followed by less intense effort (active recovery time).

- Periods of intense exertion can range from 5 seconds to 4 minutes and range from 80% to 95% of a person's estimated maximum heart rate (the maximum number of times the heart beats in a minute).
- Recovery periods can last as long as exercise periods and are generally between 40% and 50% of the maximum heart rate.

Training lasts about 30 minutes, including effort and recovery periods, half the time of a traditional cardio-training session, and with better results 1.
Since many people don't have much time to train regularly (excuse number 1), HIIT training sessions are one of the best ways to maintain, improve your health and physique.
The big advantage of HIIT is that it can be done without equipment and everywhere.
