Weight loss, You can do it!
Pre Keto Travelling vs Keto Travelling ✈️ On the left is on a trip to Calgary in 2016. I definitely didn’t plan meals or workouts ahead of time. I indulged every second I was there. Yes, it’s a vacation, but I most certainly didn’t feel my best.

On the right, is me this past weekend treating myself to a travelling shopping spree in preparation for a week-long work conference. To get ready for a week of travel, I’ve taken the following steps to make sure I stay on track as much as possible!


1. Electrolytes
2. Snacks (cheese crisps, pepperoni sticks, etc)
3. Workout clothes for 4 of 6 days (I’ll enjoy my relaxation the two other day)
4. Check out menus of restaurants we’re going to (ensures I can check out Keto options ahead of time)
5. Good book
