I’ve officially lost one hundred pounds !!!!

I’ve officially lost one hundred pounds !!!!
I’ve officially lost ONE HUNDRED POUNDS!!!! It blows my mind just thinking about it!!! I’m so freaking happy! This process has been incredible and I’m so grateful for the tool I’ve been given. My gastric bypass surgery has changed my life and I can’t wait to see what this journey has in store for me next!!

𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐬.

I hear that a lot. “I wish I had your willpower.” .
And honestly, it’s not even willpower anymore. It’s me practicing the actions that got me here for so long that it’s just an accumulation of my habits.

It’s just my lifestyle.

“I wish I had the motivation to workout.” I don’t always, but I’ve dedicated myself to do it even when I don’t feel like it, and now it’s become a habit.

“I couldn’t do that, I love food too much.” You think I gained all that weight from hating food? HA. I love food too (we all do), but I practiced self discipline long enough so achieve better eating habits.

It’s not even willpower that keeps you going. It’s dedication. And more importantly, it’s habits.

I don’t think twice anymore about logging my food. I don’t think twice about whether or not I WANT to work out, I just do it.

𝘉𝘶𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘴.
