Cardio Workout

Many women seem to believe that it takes a ten mile run every day to lose weight, but (fortunately) they are wrong. Sure, little bit of cardio exercise can be fine but it definitely isn't the most important thing when trying to lose weight and get that sexy body with some nice and lean muscles.

Weight Exercises

This is what female bodybuilders use, but since their muscles aren't exactly lean and sexy, we may not want to go over the top with it. Again, some weight exercise can be included in your weekly routine as long as you won't make it your top priority.


Body Weight Exercises

When you use your body weight as resistance when you exercise, your body will respond to the workout very well and fast. So body weight exercises are definitely good when you are trying to lose fat off your body.

Your Daily Diet

Now this is definitely the most important part of losing fat. It doesn't matter how much you exercise, but if you end up eating a cake afterwards, you will not see any results. This is also the part that requires most discipline from your part.

Now there is only the one and most important thing left. Are you willing to make a change in your life? You can do it right now if you really want to, otherwise you may never do it. You can just walk back to the refrigerate and think that "well, maybe tomorrow", the thing is that if you are not willing to change, you will never get the healthy and sexy body that you want, all it takes is one big decision and then follow through it.
