Weight loss, Stop making excuses for yourself! πŸ‘πŸΌ⁣
For so long I came up with EVERY excuse I could do not workout and why it was okay for me to eat fast food for every meal. πŸ˜… My binge eating got SO out of control and I just felt horrible in my own skin.. ⁣

Avoiding going out in public because you don’t want to run into someone you know and be judged about your weight, or not having any of your clothes fit you anymore so all you wear is leggings and oversized shirts was one of the worst feelings ever. I just SO badly wanted to feel confident again and change my life, I just didn’t know how. ⁣

It took YEARS of trial and error before I found a lifestyle change that worked for me. Instead of doing cardio all the time and eating as little calories as possible I did the exact opposite! ⁣

With keto I was eating plenty of calories and actually felt full throughout the day rather than constantly feeling like I was starving. And rather than doing cardio 24/7 I decided to weight lift and do HIIT workouts and guess what?! I SAW RESULTS! Sure, it took time but it was worth the wait! πŸ‘πŸΌ Fast forward a few years and I still love keto just as much as I did when I first started and I can honestly say I will never go back to carbs! πŸ˜‚πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
