Weight loss, New month. New goals
Happy September, friends! I CAN'T believe that we are already approaching fall. But with a new month comes a time to set your new short-term goals. I'm a fan of a fresh start when it's a new month or a new week so it's time to focus on what I want to achieve.⠀

This month is about moving forward and staying focused. When the going gets tough, I'll put on my goal glasses and tune out the energy that is hampering my positive mindset. I'm the first to say that I'm not perfect and I fall, but I dust my knees and keep moving forward.⠀


It may seem silly, but take the time and write down your goals for the month. What do you want to achieve in the first week and so on? There is nothing more satisfying than crossing goals off your list because you have accomplished them.⠀

Sometimes you really forget how far you've come. He hadn't posted a comparison at one point. Sometimes it really feels like there are no changes. Especially when you've been at the same weight for a while 😅 Today I celebrate my progress and being on the right track for 16 days🎉⠀
