How do you keep motivated with small losses each week?
How do you keep motivated with small losses each week? Is one of my most frequent asked questions.
Yes I have lost 5 stone 10lbs in a year and 3 months but my average weightloss only equals out to 0.5lb a week.


Instead of putting yourself down, praise yourself! Even half a lb adds to the bigger picture.
That’s why I love slimming world for helping me learn to focus on the little goals in the middle rather then the daunting road ahead.



When I first joined and set my target at 10 stone; I sniggered..”as if I would be able to get down to that weight”, “my body isn’t capable”


The negativity is what holds you back from your dreams, as soon as you change your outlook, it will become a lot easier!
