Is 6 days gyming every week good for the body ?

Yes you can. If doing so the. You want to work a particular muscle versus muscle groups. For me it’s Monday chest, Tuesday back, weds legs, Thursday arms, Friday shoulders, Saturday cardio/ stubborn muscle day. Sunday rest or release frustration day. Schedulers based of work the opposite muscle as the day befor for the most part. But working same muscle group back to back can be a set back for an untrained body. Plus it’s beneficial to let your muscles rest before applying more stress. Just as you do your body on a daily bases.
