I held on to my weight for many reasons, it was my security blanket for a life I didn’t want to be apart of anymore. It’s amazing the things we find as our want too’s begin to change we realize this journey isn’t about how much weight we’ve lost it’s about the amazing feeling that comes with knowing you are fighting everything that’s been holding you back for so long and are still LIVING!
Also if anyone has any tips for IFing on night shift I’m about to go 10pm-6am so I’m going to be trying to adjust my 20:4 window to that.
