Look up Donovan Green on YouTube! He has a variety of workouts and most of them are from a chair. I know it doesn’t sound like it would be effective but his 10-15 minute workouts do more than some other videos I’ve tried! I have knee issues and can’t walk unassisted right now so I can’t get up and do crazy workouts and these put zero pressure on my joints. They kick my butt!
