Have you ever wanted to go to the gym but put it off until later, because you felt too tired, had no time, the atmosphere wasn't that great, the workout took too long, or the drive to and from was too long? How about waiting for machines or the correct dumbbell weight, or having your routine put on hold during the famous prime time hours. This is why most people fail at consistent training.
I used to think it was impossible to workout at home because of lack of equipment, variety and limited space. Well those days are over. A new trend in weight training has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. Imagine getting an even better workout at home than at the gym, while saving time, money and freeing up wasted hours with what you really love doing.
And that is just the tip of the iceberg. Only if you are serious about getting results, building a great body and having a life should you look into this further. I know I did and it was the best decision I have made in years.
