I started trying to lose weight in February of 2021 a few months after having my 4th baby during a really challenging time of my life, mentally & physically. I feel like all of my motivation came out of anger, but whatever works, right? I started a diet & worked out about 3 days a week while granting myself a cheat meal every weekend. Having 4 kids & running an in home daycare, I'm pretty active every day even on non workout days.
I lost 63 pounds in total & I feel like a whole new a person. My anger has subsided & I feel good in my skin for the first time ever. I'm here to say, DO IT FOR YOU! All of your hard work will pay off and it will be sooo sweet.
