Why can't you build muscle by working out? You haven't set a specific goal
You haven't set a specific goal
Why are you training? What is your objective? Where do you want to be muscular in six months, a year or three years? It is very important to set a goal every time you go to practice.
When starting a new cycle, ask yourself the following questions: What is my goal? What measures should I take to achieve them? Do I really take these measures? These questions will motivate you and give you a reason to practice diligently.

Solution: Don't you remember we talked about the training log? Use it to record some basic and tangible resolutions that you would like to achieve. It can be as simple as "gaining 5 kg of muscle", "lowering my fat level by 10%". Then, develop your training program based on these objectives.
