Tips for pectoral training (Part 2)
Just as you would with any large muscle group, start your chest workout with exercises that push as much as possible and strain as many muscles as possible: so start with the bench press or the inclined bench press. These basic exercises make it possible to work very heavy, unlike the isolation movements performed with lighter loads since insulation is the main objective.


Keeping the discards for later does not affect their effectiveness. Don't be afraid to take a little more rest between heavy series to develop; you must recover completely so that they stress the muscles to the maximum.
Also use from time to time high-intensity techniques such as forced repetitions and negative labour during your heaviest series in order to achieve optimal development.
