everybody is different is one thing to remember
I would say if 30 minutes is your restriction for your workout then i would assume that your workout is high intensity and fast paced to get your hear rate and adrenaline going fast to get your body to burn fat and get a sweat going


Then you need to monitor your calories as well. You can run a 5 k daily but if you're eating more calories than your burning it won't do anything
