Exercises to lift saggy boobs... !
Depends how saggy or big are they, if you have bigger boobs I don't think you can only lift them with exersizes bcs of gravity, but if you have smaller ones you can tight them, they can be firmer with chest workouts because underneath is a muscle who can be stronger too. But they wouldn't be bigger, only firmer, tighter and maybe if you have amount of fat there, they could even be smaller for a cup size.


Breast tissue is mostly fat so the only muscles you are building are the ones behind on the chest wall and pecs loss of skin elasticity does the rest...
